LADPW Maximo Upgrade – NextGen MMS Maximo Upgrade and Services
The Department of Public Works contracted Electronic Data, Inc. (EDI) to replace their existing Maintenance Management System (MMS) with a Next Generation MMS (NextGen MMS). The project was not the standard Maximo technical upgrade, from v6.2.3 to v7.6.0.9, but rather a reimplementation of the entire system. In addition to the upgrade of the core system, IBM Maximo Spatial was implemented, a new mobile solution was selected and implemented, and numerous process and system improvements were rolled out. The reimplementation also included several other integrations to meet the business needs of the Department and the four (4) corresponding divisions who use the system.

Maximo enhancement configurations for Work Order Tracking, 24×7 Dispatch activities, and disaster repair efforts

Implementation of Mobile Work Management Application
Implementation of Keys and Cores Management System in Maximo
Conversion of more than 100 Custom Crystal Reports to BIRT
