Raelyn Williams

Sr. Human Resources Manager

Raelyn Williams, a graduate of St. Petersburg College, is the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Arora Engineers. In her role Raelyn is responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance for all aspects of the human resources function while focusing on company values. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and benefits management.

Raelyn started her career in Human Resources more than 10 years ago and has held several positions at one of the largest privately held HR outsourcing companies in the U.S. Additionally, Mrs. Williams has gained valuable experience in accounting within a local financial service firm. Her passion for providing HR solutions and gaining knowledge in additional areas propelled her to learn other key operational functions such as payroll and risk management.

Raelyn’s experience allows her to provide valuable insights that serve both employees and businesses. She has a passion for helping others and is always motivated by the next challenge. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with colleagues and employees. Raelyn is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Raelyn enjoys cooking meals for her family and friends and puts special emphasis on the presentation of the meal. It’s how she incorporates her love for art and food simultaneously. She also has a passion for fashion and styling. On the weekends you can catch her rollerblading, watching basketball, and listening to music of all genres.
