Adam has spent his entire career working exclusively in sales and marketing. He enjoys being on the front line, helping to grow the firm, solve problems for clients, and contribute to Arora’s future. He thrives on the excitement and challenges of winning new work for the firm and the rewards of building new relationships.

As Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Adam is responsible for the vision and strategic planning and the direction and execution of marketing and growth strategies at Arora. He also serves as General Manager of the firm’s subsidiary, Arora Systems Group, which specializes in facilities maintenance management.

Adam’s clients enjoy working with him because he’s fun, honest, persistent, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Prior to joining Arora, Adam was a Sales Engineer for large project construction at General Electric where he worked on major commercial and industrial construction projects in the Philadelphia-metropolitan region.

Adam has been snowboarding since he was a kid and enjoys traveling to mountains around the country every year. He also plays in a fast pitch wood bat baseball league on the weekends.
