Paulie brings 30 years of Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Asset Management expertise in “regulated industries” and Governments. Paulie is the consummate customer advocate and problem solver who has delivered award-winning, efficient, and affordable client solutions across numerous verticals including Federal Agencies, the Department of Defense, Government-owned utilities, and the Aviation industry.

Paulie earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Christopher Newport University upon his meritorious Commissioning as a US Naval Officer. He maintained a stellar career as a Submarine Assistant Navigator and advanced his practical application of global command. He has experience in control and computing systems becoming a recognized expert in enterprise computing, environmental, and regulatory compliance as applied in Enterprise Asset Management. His civilian roles have advanced from IT Infrastructure Principals with IBM Corporation to DoD Corporate Compliance, Relationship and Business Capture management, and now his specialization in reliability and sustainability.

A globally recognized expert in sustainability, reliability-centered maintenance, and compliance, he will apply these best practices across all of Arora and EDI’s Enterprise Asset Management solutions.

Raelyn Davis, a graduate of St. Petersburg College, is the Human Resources Manager at Electronic Data, Inc. In her role Raelyn is responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance for all aspects of the human resources function while focusing on company values. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and benefits management.
Raelyn started her career in Human Resources more than 10 years ago and has held several positions at one of the largest privately held HR outsourcing companies in the U.S. Additionally, Ms. Davis has gained valuable experience in accounting within a local financial service firm. Her passion for providing HR solutions and gaining knowledge in additional areas propelled her to learn other key operational functions such as payroll and risk management.
Raelyn’s experience allows her to provide valuable insights that serve both employees and businesses. She has a passion for helping others and is always motivated by the next challenge. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with colleagues and employees. Raelyn is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Joe founded Electronic Data Incorporated (EDI) in 1999. From 1971 until 1999 Joe worked for a large engineering company in Troy, Michigan as federal program manager over the asset management and facilities management group. In 1993, Joe became a licensed Public Land Surveyor and Mapper (PLSM) and added an end to end Aerial Mapping/Photogrammetry and GIS group to his department.
Since starting EDI, Joe, along with a dedicated and talented team, has worked very hard to deliver quality consulting and implementation services while holding himself and the firm to a very high standard of integrity and respect. The overall mission statement of EDI is to deliver quality products and services by empowered and experienced team members.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of his job is interacting with clients. Joe enjoys building professional relationships with each client and ensuring the client’s goals and requirements are met.
Joe has served on many industry-related association committees including, The Florida Airport Council, Facilities and Maintenance Committee, The Florida Airport Council Board of Directors, The Airport Council International, Business Information Technology Committee, and The Airport Council, Operations and Technical Affairs Steering Committee. He is also the Co-Chair of the Airport Council International Operations and Technical Affairs, Facilities and Maintenance Working Group.

Jenna Riffer

While studying Journalism in college with an eye on law school, Jenna realized that working with technology and joining the workforce was far more compelling than her original plans. She began her career in supporting the digital technology needs of newspaper companies. After gaining invaluable experience and advancing to the role of Director of Digital Technology while with the New York Times Company, Jenna transitioned easily into the roles of managing the development, professional services, and customer support.
In May 2017, Jenna joined EDI. As Director of EAM Services and Customer Care, Jenna enjoys working with technical and functional resources to deliver solutions to customers and resolve customer issues. Jenna is organized and strives to overcommunicate, working to balance customer satisfaction with keeping projects on budget and driving revenue.

Jenna grew up in Northern Michigan and looks forward to summer trips to Lake Charlevoix. Jenna loves to read and will devour books in a matter of days if time permits.

Jay Chauncey

Jay has worked at EDI for over 18 years serving clients across multiple verticals. Jay is passionate about ensuring project success and according to his peers, works tirelessly to achieve client objectives. Jay’s work ethic stems from an innate desire to understand and solve complex problems. “When I’m researching an issue or isolating a bug, I don’t feel like I’m working. I feel like it’s an opportunity to learn and a challenge waiting to be conquered.”
Jay earned an A.A. degree at Pasco-Hernando Community College while maintaining a full-time job before transferring to Florida State University. He considered Pharmaceutical Medicine, but instead earned a BS Electrical Engineering. Jay worked at Northrop Grumman as a Cognizant Engineer on the Joint Surveillance Target and Attack Radar System (JSTARS), a joint development project of the US Air Force and Army providing an airborne, stand-off range, surveillance and target acquisition radar and command and control center. In addition, he worked as a Test Engineer for Jabil, a manufacturing solutions provider that delivers comprehensive design, manufacturing, supply chain and product management services before joining EDI in 2001.
