With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries, Steve is an expert in Facilities Maintenance and Manufacturing Operations Management of large organizations and the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM).

As Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, Steve oversees Electronic Data, Inc. (EDI), Arora Technology Group (ATG), and Arora’s Geospatial Technologies Group, to ensure greater collaboration and innovation between these three practices within Arora, providing more unified and cohesive solutions for current and future clients.

Steve earned his degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked his entire career on the technical side of the business, starting in the pharmaceutical industry and transitioning to asset management before joining EDI in 2018, where he served as the Director of Operations. Steve brings a holistic approach to his management style, recognizing the diverse skill sets each person offers within a specific project or team and how they most effectively contribute to the group.

Through his dedication to completing each project and his affinity for problem-solving, Steve ensures every job reaches the fullest potential on its journey to success.

Adam has spent his entire career working exclusively in sales and marketing. He enjoys being on the front line, helping to grow the firm, solve problems for clients, and contribute to Arora’s future. He thrives on the excitement and challenges of winning new work for the firm and the rewards of building new relationships.

As Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Adam is responsible for the vision and strategic planning and the direction and execution of marketing and growth strategies at Arora. He also serves as General Manager of the firm’s subsidiary, Arora Systems Group, which specializes in facilities maintenance management.

Adam’s clients enjoy working with him because he’s fun, honest, persistent, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Prior to joining Arora, Adam was a Sales Engineer for large project construction at General Electric where he worked on major commercial and industrial construction projects in the Philadelphia-metropolitan region.

Adam has been snowboarding since he was a kid and enjoys traveling to mountains around the country every year. He also plays in a fast pitch wood bat baseball league on the weekends.

As a high school student, Tony had an interest in electronics and all things mechanical and thought one day he might become a mechanical or electrical engineer. He later discovered an aptitude for numbers which led to Tony’s spending over 40 years working in business and finance. Interestingly, the last 20 years of his career have been spent working exclusively with architects and engineers.

As Senior Finance Advisor, Tony is responsible for guiding Arora’s strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. Tony’s experience in strategic planning, organizational structure, team building, and mergers and acquisitions are key assets as Arora achieves its vision for growth.

Tony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s (PICPA), the New Jersey Society of CPA’s (NJSCPA), The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG), and the Financial Executives Network Group (FENG). In addition, he has served as a Faculty Practitioner for the University of Phoenix Graduate Business School and is a regular contributor to the Business Solutions Blog for Acuity Business Solutions, LLC.

Manik is the chief visionary and leader at Arora. He’s friendly, energetic, loves to be challenged, and possesses a strong penchant for winning. As President & CEO, Manik’s most important responsibility is to Arora’s clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Within the firm, Manik promotes Arora’s values of innovation, collaboration, and hyper-responsiveness to the firm’s 200+ professionals nationwide.

Manik started his career in aviation 28 years ago as an intern with the City of Philadelphia’s Division of Aviation while studying at Drexel University. His experience includes both design and construction management of airside and landside projects for major hub airports, airlines, and support facilities.

He serves on the board of several organizations, including the Airport Consultant’s Council, the Association of Airport Executives, Northeast Chapter, and the March of Dimes of Southeast Pennsylvania.
